Priory Results

The Lincolnshire Echo described our results as staggering.

With 99% of students achieving 5+A*-C grades including English and Maths, The Priory Academy LSST retains its position as one of the top performing comprehensive schools in the country (last year it was second with 98%).

Twelve students were awarded at least 8 A* grades and over 40% of all grades awarded were A*-A grades.

Our A Level results were equally as pleasing. In a year when the government warned that students would find it difficult to get into university, virtually all of our UCAS applicants gained a place.

As is our tradition, five students are off to Oxbridge and another seven are entering Medical schools. 31 students gained at least 3 A grades in their results, of those, many achieved significantly higher, seven students achieved A* in all of their subjects.

Behind the headlines, there are so many stories of outstanding personal achievement. The Priory is a wonderful place in which to teach because the students are so positive about their work and appreciate the opportunities that they have.

We wish them all the very best and hope that the students who are leaving to go off to university or work will continue to be successful and let us know of their achievements.
