German exchange 2015

The first leg of our 2015 German Exchange began on Sunday 22nd March, when a group of 29 pupils and 3 teachers from our partner school in Odenthal arrived, having travelled on the overnight ferry from Rotterdam to Hull. Our pupils soon spotted their exchange partners, as they alighted from the coach and, in no time at all, they were whisked away to begin their 5 day adventure in Lincoln. This included visits to Lincoln and the Magna Science Adventure Centre, a day and a half spent in lessons, as well as a range of activities with their host families such as climbing, bowling, football on the common, cinema visits, pizza evenings and lots more. The 5 days seemed to fly by and all too soon we were all back in the car park and waving goodbye to our German friends. The first part was a great success and we are now all really looking forward to the second part in May  when Priory pupils and staff will spend 5 days in Germany.
